Why are some tariffs not featured on your site?

Some energy tariffs (often called indirect tariffs) have certain requirements that the customer must comply with in order to qualify for that tariff, such as an existing affiliation with a bank or other institution, a certain energy-use profile, or a qualifying age.

In some circumstances you may currently be on an energy tariff that's no longer available to new customers (a historical tariff) or you may be receiving a discount or special offer from your current gas and electricity supplier which is not available to new customers.
