The Kodak Easyshare Z980 is a 12Mp bridge camera which features a mighty x24 optical zoom. The zoom lens starts from a generous wide angle of 26mm, making it easier to photograph broad landscapes or indoor group shots.

The Z980 also features HD video recording, which is becoming increasingly prevalent among the newest digital cameras. Kodak claims the Z980 has a swift “click-to-capture” speed of just 0.2 seconds. We’ll publish a full review based on our own thorough testing to see if the Z980 can deliver on its impressive specifications.
