Superb
I've had my Pure One Mini for about 18 months now; it's great. I've also dropped it from a bathroom shelf onto a tiled floor three times (slow learner!) and it has survived perfectly! Robust and versatile, it plays my mp3 player as a speaker system. Sound is fine, despite the Which review, for what is after all just a small mono system. Hard to beat at present, light and portable. Battery system is an additional cost, but works well and lasts well.

I love it - and have two of them, one in the bathroom and one in the kitchen. I like the small form factor, I like the fact that volume is controlled by turning a knob (not repeatedly pressing + and - buttons), I like being able to charge it and then get rid of the lead (especially in the bathroom of course). I mostly listen to Radio 4 on it, and the sound quality is just fine for that. The only minor gripe is the cost of the ChargePak.
