Presets take a few minutes to do, but then easy to use. Sound is better than expected, not loud, but very clear for bedside clock radio, overall found it very good, especialy at sub £50 price point. It's not a Bose, but it's not £450 either. I like its sound clarity when listening to quiet speech transmissions, like radio bbc 7, 4extra. Would well recomend it. Pros: Cons:

Have sent 4 emails through 'Roberts' website with regards to how you can change volume to be lower but have had no reply. Pros: Cons:

I rang Roberts and they said it should not, so I returned it to the shop and swapped it for a new one but that still had the same problem!!! Pros: Cons:
