Good sound quality very poorly made
I've had 3 different pairs over the last 18 months and all have broken. I've never known a product to be so relatively expensive and consistently poorly made. Don't buy unless you are happy to replace them every 6 months!

Awesome sound quality
If you want good sound quality then look no further than these headphones. I've compared them to the more expensive Bowers & Wilkins P5s and they beat them hands down on the way they sound. They are particularly good when listening to lossless audio formats and reveal amazing levels of detail. Now the bad news - they are the most noisy headphones ever. I have an ipod touch and when played through these headphones (even at low volumes) EVERYONE can hear them!!! So think about how you're likely to use them because you'll need to be out of earshot of everyone else otherwise you'll annoy them dreadfully. Otherwise, they're brilliant!

Its a speaker not headphone!
Very disappointed.Bought this product based on which recommendation.Had to return it on the same day of delivery! The sound quality is good. Its more of a headset speaker than a personal headphone.everyone in the room can hear the sound though I play it on low volume. Its more of a disturbance and does not serve the purpose at all..I am sure there are better ones out there which would give me good sound quality with out disturbing others.Would recommend this product for Loners or if you intend that everyone else around you should also listen.

A Joy To Listen To
I bought these headphones based on this Which review and a few extra checks on Google (all of which said something similar to this review). I managed to purchase them from Richer Sounds, Romford today who price matched Amazon at £102.99.I hold a keen-interest in professional audio recording and am used to ‘flat’, ‘uncoloured’ sound as a reference so I can be confident that I can transfer that sound to almost any set of speakers and get a similar sound to that of the studio. On this occasion, I was looking for headphones that will put the ‘colour’ in and a bit of impact to enjoy my MP3 collection. Price was not part of my deciding factors on this occasion as I believe good ‘speakers’ cost good money. I listen to a variety of genres with particular interests in R&B, Hip-Hop, Dubstep, Drum & Bass, Jazz, Bhangra and Hindi Soundtracks. So now, you have an idea of the frequencies I test – all of them! Without doubt, I can only highly recommend these headphones. If you are after something special, look seriously at these. They are lightweight, durable, comfortable, stylish (retro-look) and have refined sound across the entire frequency range at a great price for this quality. In fact the SR-80i’s revealed the low-quality of some MP3’s very accurately. If you know you have mostly poor-quality MP3’s (distortion, low bitrate etc), you may choose to buy these to get the most out of your material or on the other hand you could be disappointed by the low quality you may have in your collection! If you have mostly high-quality MP3’s, be prepared to enjoy them like never before. Also, depending on your needs, it may be important to you that sound does not leak. With these, the sound will leak so if you’re after a commuter-friendly pair of dustbin lids, you may only then want to look elsewhere! Personally, at the risk of looking stupid, I’d stick to buying these, crank the sound up and stand proud!

Sound quality excellent, build quality poor - jack plug connection failed after a few weeks. Got my money back (eventually).
