Broadband deals Post Office broadband review
Post Office broadband review
We ask thousands of broadband customers about their experiences so we can tell you exactly how the Post Office’s customers rate its service, and how it compares with other broadband providers.
It might be more associated with bringing you letters than bringing you broadband, but the Post Office deals with more high-tech communications too these days. In the past, Which? readers have rated them higher than more established big names like TalkTalk and BT, but are they ready to become our best broadband provider?
In this guide we'll show you:
- The full results of our latest survey, with ratings for all the major providers including BT, TalkTalk, Sky and Virgin Media.
- Which three ISPs we rated as Recommended Providers.
- A full breakdown of how each provider is rated for customer service, value for money, connection speed, technical support and more.
- Individual overviews of each provider, revealing everything from the deals they offer to the levels of complaints about them.
- Lab reviews of the equipment they supply.
- Quotes from real customers on their experiences.
You can also find your ideal package by comparing all the latest broadband deals.

What makes a Which? Recommended broadband provider?
Which? Recommended Providers are the cream of the crop and the accolade is only given out to broadband companies that achieve a customer score of 70% or above.
That's not all. We know that price is important and so we only give the award to those companies that we feel charge a reasonable price for their services. If they charge too much then they're not eligible to be Recommended Providers, whatever score they receive in the survey.
Our latest survey In December 2014 and January 2015 we surveyed almost 2,000 members of the public about their experience with their broadband provider. We report on all companies with at least 30 survey responses - this enabled us to rate 11 different ISPs.
