Wi-Fi hotspots Wi-Fi access from your mobile provider

O2 Wi-Fi

O2 pay-monthly mobile broadband customers get inclusive unlimited access to 7,500 Wi-Fi hotspots operated by The Cloud and BT Openzone.  Read reviews of O2 mobile broadband packages.

O2 pay-monthly mobile customers can add an unlimited Wi-Fi Bolt On, giving access to over 5,000 UK Wi-Fi hotspots for £7.34 per month, or get the Wi-Fi Bolt On free if they're on a standard tariff with at least 600 inclusive minutes.

T-Mobile Wi-Fi

T-Mobile pay-monthly mobile broadband customers on web'n'walk Max, Plus or Plus Daily tariffs get inclusive access to its 1,000 UK Wi-Fi hotspots, and 20,000 worldwide.

Alternatively T-Mobile offers an 'Unlimited HotSpot' plan for £20 per month. Customers on T-Mobile pay-monthly contracts can add unlimited Wi-Fi access for £10 per month, or use T-Mobile HotSpots on PAYG for £1 per 10-minute surfing period or 75p for every 10 minutes at BT Openzone Wi-Fi hotspots.

Orange Wi-Fi

Orange claims to have 10,000 UK Wi-Fi hotspots and over 40,000 worldwide.

Orange Wi-Fi access can be via a Business Everywhere price plan, 'Pay As You Consume', where you text Orange each time you want to get a password for Wi-Fi access, or one-hour Wi-Fi vouchers for £5.11+VAT for 60 minutes of Wi-Fi access.

3 Wi-Fi

3 is launching a mobile Wi-Fi (MiFi) service in September 2009, with a mobile wireless modem allowing you to connect Wi-Fi capable devices to the 3 network, essentially creating your own Wi-Fi hotspot via 3G.
