You can also buy the Go!Explore with an additional car mount and adaptor.
Wrist strap
- Approx price £4

Storage
Memory Stick Duo
- Approx price £20 (8GB)
The PSP 3000 doesn't come with a memory card – something that is essential.
You can get tiny 128MB cards all the way up to 16GB versions.
The size of card you will require will depend on how much media content you intend to store on your PSP.
If you want to store lots of videos and photos and download games, you'll need an 8GB card. If you only want to store game saves, a 1GB card should be fine.
Batteries and charging
Car adapter

This handy accessory allows you to charge your PSP from a car cigarette lighter.
It's great for keeping your PSP charged on long car journeys, or whenever you don't have a mains supply to hand and need some power.

Fast-charge your batteries outside of your PSP.
This is especially useful if you plan on taking more than one battery pack with you on longer journeys.

- Approx price £20
Sony claims that the PSP-280 battery pack provides a 20% increased capacity over the standard battery pack, which lasts between four and six hours when gaming.
It's handy to have as a spare in case your battery starts to die while you're in the middle of a game.
