Printers: Compare features & prices Canon Pixma MG5350 review Back to Results

This Canon Pixma MG5350 replaces the previous MG5250 model. It's an all-in-one printer, so it can print, copy and scan and is cheaper than the Canon Pixma MG6250. We put it through our tests to check print quality.

Works well with iPad
It's a bit slow to print but has been great to use with iPad and iPhone. Have still not managed to set up to print from our 'old' laptop. Ink very expensive though.

Great but thirsty and inks are hugely expensive
Great printer and great value to buy, does everything. However, surprised that Which didn't discover how quickly this printer runs out of ink. We are light users, especially light on colour printing. We have already gone through one full ink cartridge change at a cost of around £55 - and mysteriously, two of the new colour inks are already suggesting replacement is not far off !! At this rate, we will still own a great printer next year, but we will be flat broke.

A Happy Stress purchase
Stress purchase in Dec 2011 from John Lewis for £97, after 2008 vintage HP C5280 failed. The MG5350 is far easier to use, with better software. Auto-duplexing was important for me, a welcome discovery was the excellent & easy (scan) software, it was a remarkably easy set up on my iMac 10.6.8 via USB. It has zero problems so far. I have Canon Inks available on special offer from time to time
