The HP Officejet 6500A e-all-in-one printer is one of HP's cheaper 'eprint' models - these are printers with their own email addresses. It's not a wi-fi printer, but it has an Ethernet connection - so you can still send prints via email - and also includes a fax machine, all for around £100.
