When I signed up they sent me the the netgear N150 the problem with it was that on wi-fi only it could download files but could not write data back the other way, it worked using a cable ethernet connection. I rang up their support line and they went through all the tests and agreed with my diagnoses so sent another router but that had the same fault. I gave up at that stage and bought a zyxel router that worked perfectly the connection was better than the previous talktalk provider and I have had no problems with the orange service other than the router.
