I bought this set used but re-furbished on Ebay. It cost me £11.98 including postage which renders buying new somewhat redundant. The product I have found to be faultless.Easy to use.Big buttons.Simple menus.Good answer phone built in.Good recharchable battery life.Loud handsfree facility.Much better than my previous very complicated twin handset panasonic phone with very complicated menues and set up procedures.

I bought this product for my mother and also my mother in law. It's a good phone generally and is easy to operate. The BIG drawback which I have found with both phones is that the group ringtones do not work. My mother and Mother in law live sevaral hudred miles apart and it does not work on either? Both were purchased from Argos. To clarify; you can assign a particular ringtone to a a particular person. The phone has ringtones for quite a few groups such as:- family, utilities, VIP, friends etc etc. As I say, this function does not work on either phone - which is odd. I phoned BT Helpline and spoke to a lady - she could not help. I then spoke to a Supervisor who could not help either!! The product was bought with this feature in mind. I am rating this product as poor because the feature does not work and the BT Helpline was no good.
