This phone is a complete doddle to set up and use. The large buttons and back lit screen would be good for anyone with impaired vision or manual dexterity, but they also make it easy to use for everyone. The only thing to watch out for is that it's rather easy to press the silence button in the middle of a call, especially if you have the handset tucked between your ear and your shoulder. It's easy to switch off again, but you might not realise it's on right away -- especially if you're on a conference call with others and it may seem for a few moments that everyone's just talking over you!
