Sleek design. Very easy to use, good sound quality. No sim card was not a problem for me, because I didn't have a sim card in my previous phone, I don't have 200 numbers to input and it's very straightforward to add names and numbers anyway. Oh and by the way with reference to your test results, it does have speed dial, so i'm not sure your testers read the userguide!
