The 24Mp Sony NEX-7 has a DSLR-sized sensor and packs lots of features into a very compact and portable package. The inclusion of an electronic viewfinder, OLED screen, built-in flash and hot-shoe mount make the NEX-7 an appealing prospect, so we've put it through our rigorous lab test to find out how it measures up to the competition.
