High street stores selling Freesat boxes are also providing access to outsourced Freesat installation services. Argos and John Lewis offer single-room Freesat installations for £80.

Already got a dish?

If you've already got a dish installed, there's a good chance it will be pointing in the right direction and will work with your Freesat box. 

John Lewis offers a £50 dish check if you're not sure. The new Freesat boxes connect to the satellite via a standard LNB IN socket. 

If you're a Sky user and connect your Freesat box to your Sky dish while still under contract, there is a strong chance you will be invalidating your warranty.
