The Which? high streets shops survey is the biggest in the UK, polling more than 14,000 shoppers and rating 100 stores. We reveal the best shops in our entertainment category so you can find out where to consider buying CDs, DVDs, video games and books if you want great prices and superb customer service.
Our survey drew on the shopping experience of the general public to find out which shops for digital entertainment were the best for price, customer service, shopping environment and product range and quality.

Which? reveals that being a big name in the world of entertainment doesn't always mean customers rate it as the best, or that being the most highly rated doesn't necessarily mean being the most frequently visited. In fact, just 14% shopped in the most highly rated shop compared with 35% in a store ranked lower down in our top ten.
