Normally you must leave the disc in the player and the player in standby. Resume must work for both DVD and Blu-ray discs, be intuitive and well explained in the instructions for the player to be credited with having this feature.

Interactive content

Some Blu-ray players can access extra ineractive features via discs or the internet.

BD-live BD Live compatible players can playback interactive content (such as games, trailers, quizzes) on discs or via an internet connection. Also known as profile 2.0.

USB/SD You can view photos from a compatible digital camera memory card via an SD card slot. Some USB ports can also connect to digital equipment and be used the same way but more often than not are only suitable for software upgrades (check our individual product spec details). Panasonic models feature SD slots, all other brands opt for USB ports.
