The Samsung BD-D5300 is an entry-level Blu-ray player. It is BD-Live compatible but lacks built-in wi-fi, although this can be added with a dongle. It also features Samsung Apps, which allows you to stream media and other internet services such as YouTube, BBC iPlayer, Picassa, Facebook, Google Maps and Twitter. It can also connect to a DLNA server and stream media. It has touch-sensitive front panel controls but lacks 3D Blu-ray compatability. Does this Blu-ray player from Samsung deliver great performance and offer good value for money?
