Not many of this model around any more, but thought I would share my experience anyway. I recently bought one and had the same sound vibration problem described by JohnOF in Dec 2012. LG told me they now supply a kit to fix this. I have a good functioning old-style hi-fi system which we've always used for movies and music TV, but I couldn't connect with the scart output on the LG set because of the sound delay that you get - described in other places. So it wasn't worth getting the kit to fix the vibration. I think Which should have revised the BEST BUY label on this set a while ago because of these problems. It is a shame because the picture quality is great as reviewed. And I've had 2 other sets in the house since so I know it's good!I think Which TV reviews overall are great and really useful but please can I make a plea for them to be kept a bit more up to date! There are replacements for this LG range and the similar Samsung ranges which have been around for months now and not reviewed. I've been told for instance that the replacement for this LG set has worse picture quality (motion control spec is lower I believe) and I just bought a Samsung 32" F5500 which I'm going to have to take back because although the smart TV spec etc is great, the picture is nothing like as good as the LG and has an overall pink tint. I could really do with a few more Which reviews on the newer models. Also maybe some comparisons with the features on the main manufacturers different current ranges, because you have to do a massive amount of research now with Smart TVs to make sense of it! But mainly - lots more up to date TV reviews please!

Bought this LG 37LS570T for £379.99 from Co-op Electrical after reading Which? recommendation. I was aware from Which? that the dongle had to be purchased seperately so no problem as it was only £24 online.Easy to set up & programme, exceptional picture quality. A great value TV.

I have just purchased this TV on Which's recommendation. I found every thing easy to use BUT it fails to receive any signal. I ran the find digital TV at least 5 times at one point it claimed to have found some ITV channels but when sellected there was no signal again. I plug my old Goodmans cheap digibox back into the ariel socket and and normal didital service is found with good signal strenght. So I contact the TV supplier to be informed that cheap digiboxes have a boster in them where as LG built in freeview TVs dont. This is an expensive TV and they cant put a decent freeview reciever in it! Frackly I'm gobsmacked. So now I have to buy a booster for another £15 and looking more closely a TV dongle to connect to my WiFi at a price of £30. SURELY THIS SHOULD ALL BE BUILT IN. If the booster fails to work it will be going back....So watch this space.

I have only had the set one day having sent back two Panasonic TV's, the set appears to far superior when compared with the other two, the picture definition is far superior and it is generally very easy to use, it is only to be hoped that it keeps it up.

After many stressful weeks of researching the colossal amount of TV's on offer, too-ing and fro-ing from different stores etc. I decided that the LG 37 LS570T would be an exceptional upgrade from my 26 inch Technika. I've had the pleasure to own this TV for just under a week now. It fitted the specifications i needed, Full HD screen, at least 100hz, 4 HDMI ports, Freeview HD etc. Setting the TV up was very easy, easy to mount to the wall, although the screws given were not very good quality so had to buy some more. 4 HDMI ports, 3 USB 2.0, 1 scart, 1 SVGA etc, more than enough connections to use. Normal freeview channels are pretty good, some do lack some sharpness though, and manually changing the sharpness doesn't really do alot. Freeview HD channels (which i have about 2 of, unsure as to why there is so little) are very vibrant and detailed. Secrets of Our Living Planet on BBC HD was absolutely crystal clear and full of colour. One of the main reasons i bought the LG 37LS570T was for the Full HD screen to use for Blu-Ray. And what a fantastic choice i made. Inserted Underworld on Blu-Ray into my PS3. Absolutely phenomenal performance. Up until now, I could see a slight difference between normal DVD's and Blu-Ray but this TV has, should I say, unlocked the full potential as to what a Blu-Ray film should look like. Colours are extremely crisp and like no other I have witnessed on a TV. The detail is second to none. Extremely pleased with the picture performance. I do have a concern with the use of gaming though. A 200hz (so it says) full HD TV in my book should be able to handle fast paced games. Call of Duty is around 65fps, one of the main reasons I was looking for a 100hz plus tv was to handle fast paced games, I wanted the picture to run smooth, no lagging whatsover. When I first loaded COD4 up, I could instantly tell there was a lag, even before I got online, there felt a heavy pull as I clicked through the options to get online, gameplay was 100% unplayable. After realising I needed game mode enabled, I got straight back in a game to find gameplay was playable but there was still a slight lag. Maybe a quarter to a sixth of a second to slow, this might sound ridiculous to some people, but for hardcore gamers, many unnecessary deaths due to lagging is extremely frustrating. Burnout Paradise I experienced some judder when the car was in mid air, not too bad, but disappointing for a TV of this calibre.The gameplay for Modern Warfare 2 was a lot better, no judder or lag.After reading disappointing reviews about the sound, I was pleasantly surprised by how it coped. It does lack in the bass section but nonetheless I didn’t expect a built in Harmon Kardon Subwoofer. Sound is nothing to rave about, but its not as terrible as some reviewers made out. I haven’t had the chance to use the smart features yet, as an LG dongle is needed to do this. A little annoyed that I wasn’t told in store when I purchased my TV, and quite annoyed that it wasn't sold with the TV. £450 is still quite a big sum of money, to take it home and realise that I am unable to use the smart features until I have purchased this dongle for an extra £25 quid (amazon) is rather frustrating. So now I will have to wait a week to fully explore my TV until I can afford one.The remote control is very user friendly, fits nice in your hand, easy to understand. I have read you can download an LG TV app for your smart phone, so you can use your smartphone as the remote, rather clever id say. Will have to see if my phone is compatible. So far I would recommend the LG 37 LS570T. The Blu-Ray experience the Full HD screen gives is undeniably top of its game, I couldn’t fault it for a single thing and for how little this costs compared to some of the higher end/priced TV's this LG would certainly give them an excellent run for there money. I am going to award this TV 3 stars out of 5 as I found the lag during game play a little unnerving for such a ''powerful'' machine. Feel rather let down about this issue. Overall its top of its class with picture quality and anyone looking for a new TV should seriously give the LS570T some decent thought.
