Bought this TV because my wife wanted hassle-free access to Eurosport and only Panasonic have an app. for this. In view of the poor Which? review, I could not bring myself to pay full price so bought a 'refurbished' model from Argos (good decision). The picture is not a patch on my LCD Panasonic in another room and I cannot believe how far backwards a manufacturer can go. As regards the Eurosport subscription, this costs £4.99 per month whereas this is not stated anywhere on Panasonic or Eurosport websites ("from £2.99 per month"). This completely alters the economic calculations on which the purchase was based. Unfortunately, Trading Standards will only take action against retailers, but the problem is with the multi-nationals.

This was given to us as a replacement as my old tv was hit with a toy distorting the screen..I must say I way prefer the older tv the picture was fantastic no greyish or blackish tones with fast moving shots, the sound was perfect...but I must say I am disappointed with this tv..only set up last night :( it's ok but we had been spoilt with previous tv Panasonic tx 37lzd70 I bought it because it was a best buy..this one is not a best buy I wonder if insurance company would change it???? This is the TX-37ET5B. Easy to set up, wifi etc. just sorted itself out, quick update then ready to go with loads of apps. Looks great. Picture better than any samsung in the shop. They all looked to garish, unreal. Sounds good, but bought a sound bar anyway. All the smart stuff works well, iplayer is fantastic quality. 3D works, but will probably never use it.
