The Panasonic Viera TX-L42ET5B is a 42-inch, LED-backlit 3D Smart TV with a Full-HD 1080p resolution and Freeview HD tuner. Panasonic was one of the first companies to launch an active 3D TV set, and has been one of the fiercest proponents of the technology. We were surprised, then, to see the TX-L42ET5B with a passive 3D screen. Does this change of heart make sense?
