The Samsung LE19D450 is a cut-price 19-inch, HD-ready LCD TV with solid eco credentials and some features you might not expect. Despite its diminutive size and basic sockets, it's a TV with potential as a kitchen or bedroom set. We tested this small LCD TV to see if it delivered good pictures and good value.
