At first glance, Samsung's PS43E450 seems an incredible bargain: a whacking 43-inch Plasma screen at the kind of price where you'd be lucky to get a 32-inch LCD. However, take note of the HD Ready, not full HD 1080p resolution, the standard-definition freeview tuner and the lack of advanced features, and it all starts to make sense.
