The Toshiba 40BL702B is an affordable 40-inch LED-backlit TV, featuring that all-important 1080p resolution but without the Freeview HD tuner that would give it the Full-HD 1080p badge. Features are limited and the design is staid, but if Toshiba can get the basics right the 40BL702B might still be a good-value proposition.
