The Premier AV TV 1108V (also known as the AKDVB30) is a Freeview adapter that connects directly to a TV's Scart input and can also record to an external storage device via a USB socket. It's controlled via a remote handset and an infrared receiver, positioned on the TV set using adhesive pads. Consequently, this device has no front panel display or additional controls, and its features are basic. It also can't receive high-definition Freeview channels.
