Which? Instant Downloads The following terms apply to anyone buying an Instant Download from the Which? Digital Store.
They will apply in addition to our general terms, so please take the time to read and understand both.

1. What we will do for you
Accurate information: We will aim to ensure the content of the any products you purchase through Which? Digital Store is accurate as at the date of download.
Prices: as our prices can vary, please make sure you check our website for the current offers. We will always confirm the price at the time of purchase.
You can pay using most credit and debit cards (including Amex) and all such payments will be subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment to us, then we will not be able to confirm your order and no contract will exist between us.
2. What you should do for us
You should not redistribute, copy or republish the Instant Download so it is made available to anyone else.
Please remember to back up your purchased Instant Download on your computer.
3. Purchasing an Instant Download
Which? Instant Downloads are available to purchase on a one-off basis.
To make a purchase, select an Instant Download and add it to your basket. Once your payment has been processed you will be taken to a page where you can download your report. We will also send an email to the address you supply with a link to this download page. The link will remain active for 10 days, so we recommend that you save your Instant Download locally onto your computer as soon as possible.
4. Cancellation
All one-off Instant Download sales are final once you press ‘submit’ on the payment page. After this, you do not have the right to cancel your purchase without charge because it is a one off payment for a service, which can be used immediately.
5. Other important things you need to know
Vouchers: Voucher codes may be made available at our discretion. Specific terms and conditions (such as voucher expiry date) may apply and will be stated at the point of promotion. Voucher codes can be applied to get a further discount on other special offers on the site, but they cannot be used in conjunction with another voucher code.
