Which? Instant Downloads The following terms apply to anyone buying an Instant Download from the Which? Digital Store.
They will apply in addition to our general terms, so please take the time to read and understand both.

1. What we will do for you
Accurate information: We will aim to ensure the content of the any products you purchase through Which? Digital Store is accurate as at the date of download.
Prices: as our prices can vary, please make sure you check our website for the current offers. We will always confirm the price at the time of purchase.
You can pay using most credit and debit cards (including Amex) and all such payments will be subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment to us, then we will not be able to confirm your order and no contract will exist between us.
2. What you should do for us
You should not redistribute, copy or republish the Instant Download so it is made available to anyone else.
Please remember to back up your purchased Instant Download on your computer.
3. Purchasing an Instant Download
Which? Instant Downloads are available to purchase in 3 different ways:
- One-off Instant Download: Select an Instant Download and add it to your basket. Once your payment has been processed you will be taken to a page where you can download your report. We will also send an email to the address you supply with a link to this download page. The link will remain active for 30 days, so we recommend that you save your Instant Download locally onto your computer as soon as possible.
- One Month Unlimited Instant Downloads: This will provide you with 30 days access to Which? Instant Downloads from the date of payment.
- Pay Monthly Unlimited Instant Downloads: This option will provide you with access to unlimited Instant Downloads on an ongoing basis, provided you pay the monthly fee.
If you purchase either monthly payment option, you:
- can download as many Instant Downloads as you would like and, as we update the Instant Downloads on a regular basis, you can make sure you always have the Instant Download which is the most up-to-date.
- will be taken to our Instant Downloads homepage after your payment has been processed, from where you may immediately start downloading any of the Instant Downloads listed.
- will receive an email from us confirming your payment details, new account details and a link to our downloads homepage.
4. Creating an Instant Downloads account
If you purchase either of the monthly options, you will need to create a customer account so that you can access the Instant Downloads on our site. We will ask you to provide us with a password and a secret question and answer which can act as a prompt if you forget your password. This information is confidential so you should not share it with anyone else.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel your Pay Monthly Unlimited Instant Downloads account at any time. You can do this by going through the ‘cancel’ option on your Account page. Your cancellation will take effect from the day before your next payment would have been due. Please be aware that we are unable to give any refunds in respect of periods of less than one month.
For all One-off Instant Download and One Month Unlimited Instant Downloads all sales are final and once you press ‘submit’ on the payment page, you cannot cancel. This is because it is a one off payment for a service, which can be used immediately.
6. Other important things you need to know
Vouchers: Voucher codes may be made available at our discretion. Specific terms and conditions (such as voucher expiry date) may apply and will be stated at the point of promotion. Voucher codes can be applied to get a further discount on other special offers on the site, but they cannot be used in conjunction with another voucher code.
