The following terms apply to anyone using the Which? Mobile service. They will apply in addition to the general terms and our privacy policy, so please take the time to read and understand each of them.

1. What We Will Do For You

Reliable information: We strive to ensure the price and tariff information we provide through the Which? Mobile service is accurate and up to date. However, please be aware that much of this information is sourced directly from the retailer or a party on their behalf and so we rely on correct information being received from them.

2. What You Should Do For Us

Please use the Which? Mobile service responsibly, and do not do anything that may damage Which?, its reputation, or that may be a nuisance to any other person.

Please ensure any content you print or download from our website is for your personal use only, unless we give you express permission to do otherwise as all the information on our website, including in particular, the handset information, is protected by copyright. You must not use or encourage others to use our website (or its content) for their or your commercial gain or in a way that could damage the reputation or commercial interests of Which?.

We are not a mobile phone retailer: Please remember that the service is designed to help you choose a new mobile phone tariff and/or provider. Any mobile phone contract you enter into as a result of using the Which? Mobile service will be between you and your new mobile provider. We will not be a party to that contract, and so will not have any responsibility for any loss you may suffer as a result of that contract.
