About The Good Food Guide

The Good Food Guide is the UK’s bestselling restaurant guide, and has been reviewing the UK’s best restaurants, pubs and cafés since 1951.

All reviews are based on the huge volume of feedback that we receive from readers and this, together with anonymous expert inspections, ensures that every entry is assessed afresh each year. Restaurants cannot elect or pay to be included and they have no input on their score or review, ensuring that the Guide’s reviews remain entirely impartial and independent.
