To log in, you need to enter the correct username and password for your account. Visit How to log in for a step-by-step guide to logging in.
For Which? magazine subscribers: if you are using the log in details we have allocated you;
For Which? Online subscribers: you will normally have chosen your log in details when you signed up;
If you have since changed or can't remember your username and/or password, we can email you an instant reminder.
This may be because your computer is still trying to use incorrect details previously entered. We would suggest;
Tools > (Internet) Options > General Tab > tick delete all offline content or temporary internet files.
If you are still unable to log in you may wish to check your security settings which again can be found in the Tools > (Internet) Options area of your browser. These settings have caused a few problems for members when trying to get into the site. We've found out that the selection of 'anonymous log in' has caused the problem. De-selecting this and selecting 'automatic log in' seems to rectify this. If you still experience problems you will need to contact your internet service provider.
