Over the coming issues we'll be taking a look at various airports, in the UK, Europe and further afield, and sharing with you our likes and dislikes
We also want to hear from you - what is your favourite airport, and where do you avoid? Email us and let us know.
Here are some of the things you've already told us:
"I think London Heathrow is, by far, the worst airport I've been to. I believe it to be badly designed, disorganised and dirty. I refuse to travel from it, so when I visit family in the Far East, I use airports such as Schiphol in Amsterdam or Frankfurt. My favourite airport is Changi in Singapore, which is well planned".
"I use Birmingham Airport around four times a year and think the recent 'improvements' in the departure lounge at the main terminal are dreadful. There appears to be no natural daylight, and it's just like being in a shopping mall. Sitting here can be painful as the seats I saw were plastic with no cushioning - it must be a bad experience for anybody whose flight is delayed".
