About Dementia Peer Mentoring and Befriending Project

The Peer Mentoring and Befriending Project aims to help reduce isolation and give emotional support and information to carers of people with dementia. Staff and volunteers, who have themselves cared for a loved one, provide support to carers over the telephone or visit carers at home.
