About Dementia Cafe at Home

The idea of the Dementia Cafes is to bring people with dementia and their family carers together in the community. The cafes are a 'safe' place that you can come to and get support from the Admiral Nurse and also support from other people in the same situation as you. It's a place to make new friendships.
