About Activity Sessions and Care Staff Training

Alive is the UK's leading charity enriching the lives of older people in care and training their carers. Alive provides interactive activity sessions for older people, including those living with dementia. They offer seven different types of activity sessions: Access All Ages, Sensory Sessions, Variety Hour, Guided Reminiscence, Dance and Movement, Art Workshops and Museum Sessions. Through in-house training and the Alive Meaningful Activity Coaching programme, Alive support care staff to enable older people to live as full and varied lives as possible. Their NAPA recognised training enables care home staff to enrich the lives of the older people with whom they work.
