About Richmond Accessible Transport Unit

The Accessible Transport Unit (ATU) manages transport services for residents in the borough with mobility difficulties. The ATU is responsible for: Blue Badge, Disabled Persons' Freedom Pass, London Taxicard, Super Shopper Bus.These schemes have to be applied for and assessed under set criteria relevant to each scheme. People can apply for an Older Persons Freedom Pass at any Post Office.
