If you would like to suggest a product to test, please send us a message and select ‘Suggest a product to test’ from the ‘Select an issue’ dropdown.

We’re only able to do what we do because of our members, and feedback is an important part of that. By sharing your thoughts with us, you’re helping us to work towards achieving significant change for UK consumers.

If you'd like to report a technical issue with our website, or if you’ve found a broken link, please send us a message and select the relevant subject from the ‘Select an issue’ dropdown or, alternatively, please use the feedback tool that sits on the bottom left of the page.

If you’re using the feedback option, please remember that we don't need any personal information from you – just the feedback you’re providing.

It’s also good to remember that enquiries are not handled through the feedback form so you wont get a response. Any information you do provide will be stored safely inline with our Privacy Policy

Reporting a scam

If you’ve seen a scam that you’d like to share with us, please email scamwatch@which.co.uk – this is the best way to contact our experts directly. 

Important: please only share screenshots of scams, do not forward the scam as our system will block these.

You should also report scams to the relevant authorities – check out this guide for advice on how to do this.
