Buy a Kia Sportage before 31 October, and the Korean carmaker will pay for your road tax (VED) for the next three years.
Depending on model, this will save you between £700 and £820 at current rates – in reality it will be more, given that new road tax rates are coming in March.
Kia keeping costs down
The range starts at just £13,995 for the entry-level two-wheel-drive version; with running costs recently become a big concern for many buyers this may help persuade people they can afford a sports utility vehicle after all.
The Sportage is an unsophisticated but no-nonsense SUV, praised by off-road enthusiasts for its capable mud-plugging ability (although you’ll need the costlier 4×4 version for this).
Air conditioning is standard, along with electric windows and MP3-player compatibility. See you local Kia dealer for more details.
