Deal of the week: Breville VTT001 two-slice toaster

Which? has been scouring the web this week for the best online deals on the Breville VTT001 two-slice toaster.

Before factoring in delivery we found this Breville two-slice toaster priced at £19.99 at Amazon, Argos and Asda Direct – but Amazon’s free Super Saver delivery option gives the online retailer the edge this week.

Or – if you don’t mind buying factory seconds or ‘graded’ products that have been previously returned to the manufacturer – it’s worth taking a look for a cheaper deal on eBay (find out more about your rights when buying through an online auction here).

We found several Breville VTT001 toasters on sale for £12.99 including free postage and packaging from one eBay Power Seller, ‘Gensec Electricals’. It says the toasters are ‘graded factory seconds’ and ‘may have some slight cosmetic marks or worn box’.

The two-slice slots on this polished stainless steel toaster – one of the 10 Breville toasters we’ve lab tested – can accommodate crumpets, tea cakes and bagels as well as slices of bread.

We’ve also tested a range of matching Breville kettles – take a look at our toasters and kettles reviews for full product lab test reports.
