Deal of the week: Kenwood BM260 breadmaker

This Kenwood breadmaker is fresh from the Which? test labs, where we’ve been trying out how tasty the bread it produces is. Here’s where to shop for it for less.

The BM260 breadmaker was released earlier this year by Kenwood, who promised it would make ‘our best bread yet’. It offers fan-assisted baking – a relatively unusual addition to this type of cooking gadget – designed to quicken up the baking process.

For full details of our test results – including whether the machine makes great bread – and more on the settings and features, see our Kenwood BM260 breadmaker review.

Plus, read on for where you can buy it for under £76.

Kenwood breadmaker deal

While you could buy the Kenwood BM260 for £99.99 from Comet, or just under £93 from Amazon this week, we’d suggest you head to online electrical shop Electrical123.com

There you can get your hands on one for £75.99, including free delivery options.

Our testers thought this breadmaker looks smart – it’s smaller than Kenwood’s flagship BM450 breadmaker model, and has large and clear buttons and display.

It also features an ‘eco’ setting designed to reduce energy use – though most breadmakers cost very little to run anyway.

Testing breadmakers

If you’re considering buying this or any other breadmaker, our comprehensive breadmakers review can fill you in on which models scored highly enough to win a Which? Best Buy recommendation.

To judge a breadmaker’s quality, we bake white and wholemeal loaves on the basic and delay-setting programs – find out more in our video guide to what makes a Best Buy breadmaker.
