Holiday parks are lagging behind other travel firms in satisfying customers, according to Which?Travel research.
They managed a customer satisfaction score of just 60% compared with 70% for travel companies overall.
Center Parcs was the top scoring brand in the survey of 749 Which? members who had stayed in a UK holiday park in the past two years.
Center Parcs tops table
The company got the highest score for customer satisfaction, of 66%, despite getting the lowest rating, of two stars, for value for money. The price for a week at Center Parcs starting 1 August was £1,458.
Park Resorts was the lowest ranked company, with a customer satisfaction score of 37%. It received two stars for customer service, but three for value for money. Park Resorts’ price for a week starting 30 July was £217.
