January sales deal: £60 off Argos microwave that bakes bread

Argos microwave with unusual cooking feature on sale

Argos microwave

Argos microwave spotted in January sales

Our testing team was intrigued to hear about a new microwave from Argos that bakes bread as well as cooking and defrosting food. We recently tried one out – and you can now get your hands on one with £60 off.

The Argos Cookworks Signature 400/7834 microwave includes a bread pan, so you can bake your own bread in the same way you would with a breadmaker.

You can find out what our breadmaking expert made of the bread setting in our Argos microwave first look review – did it manage to bake a tasty homemade loaf?

As well as its unusual breadmaking abilities, the microwave also comes with the more standard cooking features you’d expect to see on a combination microwave, including a grill and convection oven.

We’ve fully tested these functions and more out in the Which? test lab – read our full review of the Argos Cookworks Signature to see how it scored for evenness of cooking, defrosting and browning.

Microwave deal

The microwave is usually £149.99 – but it’s currently down to £89.99 on the Argos website.

Standard home delivery is £5.95 or you can reserve online to pick up in an Argos store for free.
