Which? looks at Fill n Squeeze baby food pouches

Can these baby food pouches save time and money?

Fill n Squeeze

Fill n Squeeze pouches could save you money

Buying ready-made baby food pouches quickly adds up, so the innovative new Fill n Squeeze baby food system – a set of reusable baby food pouches – seems very appealing. But can it save money?

Fill n Squeeze is a new addition to the baby-feeding market. It’s an innovative set of reusable baby food pouches, complete with a pouch-filler.

We gave the Fill n Squeeze starter pack to a parent to try out with their baby at home. Find out their initial impressions, and if they’ll swap expensive ready-made baby pouches for this fill-them-yourself system, in the Fill n Squeeze review.

Healthy baby food on the go

The starter pack costs £19.99 and comes with everything you need to get going. And with some brands of stage 1 and 2 baby food pouches costing £1 or more, it’s easy to see the appeal.

Fill n Squeeze says the pouch-filler and reusable pouches allow parents to have the convenience of a portable, mess-free baby food pouch, while still providing your little one with fresh homemade food.
