TV adverts, Samsung H8000 TV and Sky TV


Unless you stick rigidly to the BBC’s TV channels, chances are you’re going to end up watching plenty of adverts in your average week. But, if you miss your favourite show and decide to catch-up with it on a streaming service like ITV Player, will your senses be bombarded with even more ads?

We counted the number of adverts screen on ITV Player, 4OD and 5 Demand and compare those to the same advert counts on the live screening of the TV show in question. Find out which is the best way to watch if you have an aversion to advertisements.
