The Cybex Sirona S i-Size has a 360-degree swivel base, which can be activated with one hand to enable you to get your child into and out of the car seat easily, which in theory means less back strain. Its rearward facing up to 105cm, which is about four years old, and has a safety feature to prevent babies from being turned forward-facing too soon.
