Sony's Cyber-shot DSC-RX100 VII is the latest camera in the premium compact range for 2019. Marketed around unrivalled autofocus, it promises super-fast focusing in just 0.02 seconds - using a combination of technologies, plus a large zoom range, 4K HDR video recording and a newly developed image processor which claims to give realistic and vivid textures and skin tones.
