The Nikon D5500 is a mid-range digital SLR, taking over from the D5300, which narrowly missed out on a Best Buy last year. Like the D5300 it has a 24Mp sensor and a flip-out vari-angle screen, and with touchscreen controls and wi-fi features it comes with a hi-tech twist. Nikon pushes this DSLR as a versatile, sturdy but lightweight creative tool. Did we come away impressed with its features, or do its pictures fail to measure up?
Is it worth your money?
Or is it a waste of cash?
