Electric fans don’t get much simpler than the DXRCF from Dimplex, as it uses a single control button to set the speed and turn it on and off. It’s powered by a rechargeable lithium-ion battery, so once it's charged up you can remove the cable and use it wherever it’s needed. But can such a small fan create an effective breeze?
