The likes of Panasonic, Samsung and Sony push big TVs, but there are still a few 32-inch ones released every year. Despite not being 4K, they still have some of the same features as the large-screen sets. The TX-32FS400B may only have a HD Ready display, but it has access to smart apps, Freeview Play and it supports HDR. A feature list as long as your arm won't fix poor picture and sound, and we haven't been wowed by 32-inch TVs in recent years. Read out expert review to see if the 400B is any different.
