Reviewed

Panasonic has vastly increased its OLED output in 2019, but the number of LCD models hasn't shrunk as a result. Small TVs - and 40 inches is as small as 4K TVs get - don't always shine as brightly as 49 and 55-inch models - so can Panasonic buck the trend? Let's find out.
